A CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) worker brought two alleged victims to the Pierre Part Sub Station in reference to a complaint of Aggravated Incest and Aggravated Rape. The victims advised that they were sexually abused by their parents. They advised that these incidents occurred at a residence in Pierre Part. (Please note the age and sex of the victims will not be released in an effort to conceal the identity of the victims).
Detective Sgt. Melissa Reedy conducted audio-taped interviews with both victims where they described the details of the alleged sexually abuse which occurred over several years while residing in Pierre Part.
The father, Jeffery McLin, is currently incarcerated on Aggravated Incest charges for Livingston Parish and was booked on November 18, 2010 for the Assumption Parish charges for 2 counts of Aggravated Rape and 2 Counts of Aggravated Incest. He is currently being housed in the Avoyelles Parish Detention Center and his bond is presently set at $200,000.
The mother, Lisa McLin Barhizer, was booked and charged on November 20th with 2 Counts of Aggravated Incest and 2 Counts of Sexual Battery. Her bond has been set at $100,000 and she is being housed at the Avoyelles Parish Detention Center.
