RACELAND MALE SENTENCED TO TWELVE (12) YEARS FOR BEING A CONVICTED FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM - Wednesday, August 28, 2013
Troy Frazier, a 31 year old male from Raceland, LA pled guilty to being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm on April 25, 2013 in the 23rd Judicial District Court. . On August 28, 2012, the Honorable Judge Ralph Tureau sentenced Frazier to twelve (12) years in the Department of Corrections with credit for time served, with the first two (2) years being without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. The case was prosecuted by Ricky Babin's Office, District Attorney for Assumption Parish.
