PAINCOURTVILLE MALE SENTENCED TO TWENTY (20) YEARS FOR DISTRIBUTING COCAINE - Wednesday, August 28, 2013
Titus Richard, a 26 year old male from Paincourtville, LA pled guilty to Distribution of Cocaine on April 25, 2013 in the 23rd Judicial District Court. On August 28, 2012, the Honorable Judge Ralph Tureau sentenced Richard to twenty (20) years in the Department of Corrections with credit for time served. An arrest was made on Richard after he sold cocaine to an undercover officer. Richard's arrest was part of Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office Drug Operation named "Should Have Gotten a Real Job. The case was prosecuted by Ricky Babin's Office, District Attorney for Assumption Parish.
