GRAND JURY INDICTMENT IN INDECENT BEHAVIOR CASE - Wednesday, October 15, 2014

NAPOLEONVILLE --- Sheriff Mike Waguespack reports that on Tuesday, October 14th, 2014 a 23rd Judicial District grand jury handed down an indictment against Kevin Landry, W/M age 46 of 122 Mam & Pap Drive, Pierre Part for 2 counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile in a case presented by 23rd Judicial District Attorney Ricky Babinís office. This indictment stems from allegations of improper touching with two juveniles between the ages of 4 and 13. The victims stated that the suspect touched them in an inappropriate manner on several occasions.

Kevin Landry was booked in the Assumption Parish Detention Center on October 14th, 2014 for 2 counts of LRS 14:81 Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. The bond for Landry has been set at $20,000 and he has bonded out as of the time of this release.
