ATTEMPTED ARMED ROBBERY - Friday, October 31, 2014

PLATTENVILLE --- Sheriff Mike Waguespack reports that on Friday, October 31st, 2014 at approximately 2:00am, Assumption Parish Dispatch received a call from the Daquiri Beach located on Highway 70 Spur in Plattenville stating that someone had just attempted to rob them at gunpoint. The suspect, described as a white male, approximately 56 in height wearing a dark long sleeved shirt or jacket, a bushy Duck Dynasty fake beard, with a dark baseball cap, fled on foot after being unable to get any money from the register.
