NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Donald Bolden, 36, of 103 Julia Street, Napoleonville, LA, on charges including 4^th Offense D.W.I. following a traffic stop near Napoleonville.

An Assumption Parish uniformed patrol officer observed a south bond vehicle without a license plate light. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and proceeded to interview the driver. As a result of that interview, the deputy conducted field sobriety tests upon Mr. Bolden.

As a result of those tests along with personal observation, Mr. Bolden was placed under arrest, transported to the parish jail and booked on charges of:

* D.W.I. (4^th Offense)

*Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device

*License Plate Light Required

Bolden was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
