M. MIRE and CHRISTINE MCGRAW
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon
reports the arrests of David M. Mire, 41, of 131 Velma Court, Bayou L’Ourse, LA
and Christine Annette McGraw, 46, of 105 Andras Street, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on
drug and traffic related charges following a traffic stop on Highway 308 in
Labadieville, Thursday evening.
Narcotics officers observed a vehicle commit a traffic
violation and executed a stop of the vehicle.
Agents identified David M. Mire as the driver and proceeded to interview
him. Agents separately interviewed
McGraw. Based on those interviews and a
vehicle search, agents recovered a quantity of meth-amphetamine.
Mire and McGraw were arrested, transported to the
Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on counts of:
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of
Persons Under Age 17
Mire was also charged with:
*Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
*No
Seat Belt
Both Mire and McGraw were incarcerated pending a bond
hearing.
