BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland
Falcon reports the arrest of Dylan Boling, 21, of 340 Hwy. 662, Bayou L’Ourse,
LA, on drug and traffic charges following an incident early Saturday.
A uniformed patrol officer observed a vehicle commit a
traffic violation on LA 662 in Bayou L’Ourse and attempted to execute a traffic
stop on the vehicle.
The vehicle fled and the driver jumped out of the
vehicle at a Bayou L’Ourse residence and fled inside.
The deputy was able to apprehend the suspect,
identified as Boling.
The deputy then observed a quantity of suspected
marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia in plain view in the suspect vehicle.
Boling was arrested, transported to the Assumption
Parish Detention Center and booked on charges of:
from an Officer
of Marijuana (Third Offense)
of Drug Paraphernalia
Boling was incarcerated and later released on bond.
