American Legion Awards Banquet Deputy / Fireman of the Year - Thursday, October 19, 2017

DEPUTY / FIREMAN OF THE YEAR

 

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announced his selection of Deputy of the Year.  Deputy D.J. Domingue, a long-time law enforcement veteran, received the award at Wednesday night’s banquet.

The Fireman of the Year, selected by Fire Chief Don Breaux was Adam Mayon, who also happens to be a deputy in Assumption Parish. The award recipients and guests enjoyed a meal with family and friends.

Sheriff Falcon thanked the American Legion for their contributions to the community.  The Sheriff congratulates both Deputy Domingue and Fireman Adam Mayon and thanks all law enforcement officers and firefighters for their contributions to public service.
