SUBJECT:      SIMPLE BURGLARY – BRYSTON JAMES PERRIER

 

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Bryston James Perrier, 17, of 137 Riverbend Street, Pierre Part, LA, in connection with a vehicle burglary on October 2, 2017 in Pierre Part.

Detectives assigned to the case learned that someone entered the victim’s vehicle and stole an electronic device and a small amount of cash.

Detectives, through investigation, determined that Perrier was in possession of an electronic device similar to the one that was stolen and was attempting to sell it.

Detectives questioned Perrier on November 6, 2017 at which time Perrier admitted to burglarizing the vehicle in St. Martin Parish and stealing the electronic device.  Perrier then admitted to breaking into the vehicle a second time while it was parked on Derrick Street in Assumption Parish, then stole additional components of the device.

Perrier was arrested, transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on a charge of:

            *Simple Burglary

Bond on Perrier was set at $2500.
