VIOLATIONS – NEIL DUPRE
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland
Falcon reports the arrest of Neil Joseph Dupre, 39, of 6557 Highway 1, Belle
Rose, LA, on charges of Failure to Appear as scheduled for court of numerous
drug law violations.
Dupre, was originally arrested in October of 2016 on
charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Klonapin, Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia and Possession of Meth-Amphetamine with Intent to
Distribute. He had been out on bond of
Dupre was also out on bond on a Simple Burglary charge.
As a result of his failure to appear in court, a
warrant was issued for Dupre’s arrest.
He was taken into custody in St. Mary Parish and transported to the
Assumption Parish Detention Center where he remains incarcerated in lieu of $1,200
