Violation of Protective Order / Felony Criminal Damage to Property - Friday, January 26, 2018

RONALD LEMON

 

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ronald Lemon, 39, of 211 Pierre Street, Plattenville, LA, in connection with an incident at a residence in Labadieville, LA on January 19, 2018.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence and learned from the occupant that Ronald Lemon had attempted to forcibly enter the residence. From the exterior, he shattered windows and pushed an air conditioner unit through the wall.  When deputies arrived, Lemon had already left the area.

Warrants were issued for Lemon’s arrest for Violation of a Protective Order and Felony Criminal Damage to Property.

Lemon was arrested by a neighboring agency on Wednesday.

Lemon was transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center where he was booked on counts of:

            *Violation of a Protective Order

            *Felony Criminal Damage to Property

Lemon was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
