ADAM LANDRY
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports
the arrest of Clint Adam Landry, 39, of 111 Lot A, Rue de Cajun, Pierre Part,
LA, on drug law violations.
On Wednesday evening, January 31, 2018, uniformed
patrol deputies went to the aforementioned address to execute a warrant on
Landry for Failure to Appear on drug related charges.
Upon arrival, deputies were met by the suspect. As he opened the door, a strong odor of
marijuana emitted from the residence.
Deputies interviewed Landry and subsequently arrested
him on the warrant. During the interview
process, it was determined that there was marijuana in the home.
Landry voluntarily led deputies inside and deputies
did seize a quantity of marijuana, a single dose of Klonopin and assorted
paraphernalia.
Landry was transported to the Assumption Parish
Detention Center and booked on charges of:
*Possession
of Marijuana (Third Offense – Felony)
*Possession
of Klonopin (Felony)
*Possession
of Drug Paraphernalia
*Failure
to Appear
Landry remains in the parish jail pending a bond
hearing.
