TRAFFIC STOP / FUGITIVE WARRANT

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Adrien Hardy, 38, of 429 Missouri Street, New Iberia, LA, on a felony fugitive warrant from the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office.

An I.C.E. unit, on assignment, observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation near LA 70 and Lee Drive west.

The deputy interviewed the driver and conducted a computer check. It was determined that Adrien Hardy was a fugitive from Iberia Parish and Hardy’s driver’s license was also suspended.

Based on all factors considered, Adrien Hardy was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on:

*Fugitive Warrant for Iberia Parish

Hardy was issued citations for:

*No Insurance
*Speeding
*Driving Under Suspension

Hardy was incarcerated and then transferred to Iberia Parish.
