ERIN NICOLE BLANCHARD

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Erin Nicole Blanchard, 21, of 109 Lucky Street, Plattenville, LA, on felony domestic charges related to a Thursday evening incident.

Deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence off of LA 308 in Belle Rose and made contact with the parties involved, one of which was Erin Nicole Blanchard.

Deputies initiated an investigation and determined that Erin Nicole Blanchard and her domestic partner had been in an ongoing argument.

During the confrontation, Erin Nicole Blanchard became physical towards the partner and then attempted to leave with the couple’s child.

As a result of this investigation, Erin Nicole Blanchard was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on one count of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Blanchard remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
