NAPOLEONVILLE – Today marks the 26th anniversary of the line of duty death of Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Troy Ratcliff.

Deputy Ratcliff was fatally injured in an automobile accident while on duty on this day 26 years ago.

Sheriff Leland Falcon and the entire Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office express our heartfelt appreciation to Deputy Ratcliff for his service to Assumption Parish.
