SHERIFF FALCON’S SUMMER BASKETALL CAMP CONCLUDES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Sheriff Leland Falcon’s 2025 Summer Basketball Recreation Program has concluded and as usual was well attended by children from throughout the Parish.

The event hosted kids by age groups of 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-15.

Sheriff Falcon’s camp has been a huge success since its inception and provides the youth of the Parish organized activities to attend while school is in summer break.

Sheriff Falcon extends a thank you to all members of the Sheriff’s Office who work year in and year out to assure that the program continues to thrive.

Sheriff Falcon thanks the Assumption Parish Police Jury for the use of the Community Center for the summer program.

Additionally, there are numerous individuals who assist in conducting the summer recreation program and Sheriff Falcon extends a huge thank you to them as well.

Next Tuesday, July 8, 2025, the Annual Volleyball Summer Recreation Program gets underway.

Both the basketball and volleyball programs are held at the Community Center on LA 308.
