AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A FIREARM – BRYAN J. DAIGLE

LABADIEVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Bryan J. Daigle,64, of 3232 Highway 308, Labadieville, La., on felony aggravated assault charges arising from an incident in the 3200 Block of LA. 308.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to the discharge of firearms in a residential area.

Deputies made contact with the complainant as well as an independent witness. Deputies determined that Bryan Daigle had a disagreement with a neighbor over a dog.

At some point, Bryan J. Daigle fired several shots into the ground near where he and the complainant resided. Deputies did seize a firearm.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies arrested Bryan J. Daigle near the scene of the incident. Bryan J. Daigle was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
*Discharge of Firearms and Use of Dangerous Instrumentalities

Bryan J. Daigle remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
