AGGRAVATED BURGLARY, THEFT OF FIREARMS – 3 COUNTS – ARRIONE JALAYSIA DAVIS, CALVIN PATTERSON, JR., SINTRELL DEMOND FRANKLIN, ALEXIUS MONIQUE MCBRIDE, DEANDRE MCBRIDE

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Arrione Jalaysia
Davis, 19, 6038 Highway 308, Donaldsonville, LA, Calvin Patterson, Jr., 20 of 112 Sugar
Street, Paincourtville, LA, Sintrell Demond Franklin, 18, of 2362 71st Ave, Baton Rouge, LA
and Alexius Monique McBride, 24, 610 Orange Street, Donaldsonville, LA on felony charges
related to a Monday morning aggravated burglary.

Early Monday morning, April 7, 2025, deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle / trespassing complaint in the 6000 block of LA 308 in Paincourtville. That complaint led to a report of an aggravated burglary involving the theft of firearms which occurred on Virginia Street, south of Belle Rose.

Detectives learned that the victim was set up to have several firearms stolen by the suspects. Through investigation, detectives determined that Arrione Jalaysia Davis pre-arranged a meeting of personal nature with the victim. In doing so, Davis continuously updated the other suspects throughout the incident leading up to the burglary of the same vehicle the victim and Davis were occupying.

Investigation concluded that the remaining suspects approached the vehicle and completed the pre-arranged burglary. The suspects fled the scene with the stolen firearms.

As the investigation progressed, detectives secured arrest warrants for Arrione Jalaysia Davis, Calvin Patterson, Jr., Sintrell Demond Franklin, Alexius Monique McBride and Deandre McBride.

-Arrione Jalaysia Davis was arrested on April 7, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Burglary
*Theft of a Firearm (3 Counts)
Arrione Jalaysia Davis remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000.

-Calvin Patterson, Jr. was arrested on April 7, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Burglary
*Theft of a Firearm (3 Counts)
Calvin Patterson, Jr., remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000.

-Sinrtell Demond Franklin was arrested on April 8, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Burglary
*Theft of a Firearm (3 Counts)
Sintrell Demond Franklin remains incarcerated with bond set at $90,000.

-Alexius Monique McBride was arrested on April 8, 2025, in Baton Rouge on the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office warrants on charges of:
*Aggravated Burglary
*Theft of a Firearm (3 Counts)
Alexius McBride will be transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office for official booking protocol.

Detectives are seeking to arrest Deandre McBride, 20, of 176 Blackwell Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on charges of:
*Aggravated Burglary
*Theft of a Firearm (3 Counts)
