AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
FAITH NICOLE JOHNSON
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Faith Nicole Johnson, 20, of 410 Canal Street, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident which started in the Bertrandville area on or about April 19, 2023.
The assigned deputy made contact with the complainant who advised that she and Faith Nicole Johnson are having issues over a personal matter. On the aforementioned date, Faith Nicole Johnson allegedly struck the complainant’s vehicle on multiple occasions and the act was intentional.
Deputies observed damages to the complainant’s vehicle consistent with the complainant’s allegations.
Deputies believed probable cause existed to apply for arrest warrants charging the accused. Those warrants were granted.
On Monday, Faith Nicole Johnson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property
*Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
*No Driver’s License
Faith Nicole Johnson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
