AGGRAVATED FLIGHT / FUGITIVE WARRANT

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon Jude Larose, 28, of 121 Redwood Street, Labadieville, LA, on felony aggravated flight charges arising from an incident in Labadieville on Sunday evening.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Melissa Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that she and her husband were involved in an argument, and he left the residence. While deputies were at the home, they observed him to be driving back up towards the residence. Deputies attempted to stop the husband, now identified as Brandon Jude Larose at which time he fled in his vehicle.

Deputies pursued Larose a short distance until he ran his vehicle into a ditch near Brule Road and Cherry Street. Brandon Jude Larose then attempted to flee on foot. Deputies were able to take Larose into custody.

Brandon Jude Larose was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Aggravated Flight from an Officer
*Fugitive Warrant – Lafourche Parish

Brandon Jude Larose posted a $3500 commercial bond and will be released to the custody of Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
