AGGRAVATED FLIGHT – LOGAN ANTHONY ARNETT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Logan Anthony Arnett, 21, of 770 Highway 402, Napoleonville, LA, following a pursuit by sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday.

A uniformed patrol officer attempted to execute a traffic stop on a vehicle west of Napoleonville near LA 401. The suspect vehicle failed to stop and engaged in a pursuit situation.

Deputies eventually were able to stop the vehicle. Following an investigation, Logan Anthony Arnett was taken into custody and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*D.W.I. – 1ST Offense
*Speeding
*Aggravated Flight from an Officer
*Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Logan Anthony Arnett is currently incarcerated with bond set at $17,200.
