ARREST WARRANT

ARREST WARRANT – MITCHELL WAYNE BODIN

PIERRE PART– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Mitchell Wayne Bodin, 32, of 2216 Lee Drive, Pierre Part, LA, in reference to an arrest warrant issued on August 23, 2021.

On May 20, 2020, a uniformed patrol deputy conducted a vehicle stop due to a traffic violation. That stop attributed to Mitchell Wayne Bodin being arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center for traffic violations and possession of controlled dangerous substances without a prescription.

On March 17, 2022, Mitchell Wayne Bodin was arrested at his residence and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center to satisfy a warrant for Failure to Appear in court for those charges.

Mitchell Wayne Bodin remains on hold until next court date.
