ARREST WARRANT, DRUG LAW VIOLATION – I.C.E. ARREST

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Toby Keith Gros, 28, of 1360 Highway 401, Napoleonville, La., on felony drug charges while deputies executed an arrest warrant on Gros Monday evening.

Deputies assigned to the I.C.E. Detail went to Attakapas Landing on LA.401 after receiving information that Toby Keith Gros was at that location and was wanted on a fugitive warrant from Lafourche Parish. Deputies confirmed the warrant and made contact with Toby Keith Gros. Deputies noted an odor of suspected marijuana emitting from Gros vehicle. Deputies requested consent to search Gros vehicle, which was granted.

During the search process, deputies seized a quantity of meth-amphetamine,

During the search process, deputies seized a quantity of meth-amphetamine. Deputies located prescription marijuana which was not seized.

Toby Keith Gros was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Meth-amphetamine
*Fugitive Warrant – Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office for Violation of a
Protective Order

Toby Keith Gros remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
