ARREST WARRANT – FELONY DOMESTIC RELATED CHARGES
QUATARD D. DANIELS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Quatard D. Daniels, 42, of 607 Martin Luther King Street, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges.
On April 02, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Belle Point Lane in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that she was currently estranged from her husband, now identified as Quatard D. Daniels.
Quatard D. Daniels visited the home on Sunday. Daniels and the complainant engaged in a conversation that turned physical. At some point, Quatard D. Daniels pointed a gun at the complainant. The suspect then departed the area.
Investigating deputies were able to recover evidence which confirmed the complainant’s version of events. During the incident, there was a young child on the premises.
Deputies applied for and were granted warrants for the arrest of Quatard D. Daniels.
Deputies arrested Daniels on Monday evening and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment
*Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault with Child Endangerment
Quatard D. Daniels was incarcerated and released on a $35,000 bond.
