ARREST WARRANT – KADIJEA AMANDA RUFFIN

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kadijea Amanda Ruffin, 25, of 235 Henderson Street, Thibodaux, LA on a warrant issued on September 2, 2020, for Assumption Parish.

On the aforementioned date, a uniformed patrol officer was dispatched to the emergency room of a local hospital. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the victim who had noticeable facial injuries and indicated that he was beaten and hit with an object by his girlfriend, Kadijea Amanda Ruffin.

After the officer / victim interview, the deputy proceeded to a residence on Telegraph Street, Napoleonville to speak to Kadijea Amanda Ruffin. No contact was made and a warrant for Kadijea Amanda Ruffin was issued.

Kadijea Amanda Ruffin was arrested and brought into custody on Thursday evening on the following charges:

*Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault
*Warrant – Failure to Appear – Resisting an Officer, Violation of Protective Order
*Warrant – Failure to Appear – Aggravated Assault
*Warrant – Failure to Appear – Disturbing the Peace

Kadijea Amanda Ruffin remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
