ATTEMPTED TRAFFIC STOP – AGGRAVATED FLIGHT

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ryan Paul Boudreaux, 25, of 1015 Third Street, Morgan City, La., on felony flight charges following a traffic incident in Bayou L’Ourse on Tuesday.

A uniformed patrol deputy observed a west bound vehicle commit a traffic violation and attempted a stop of the vehicle.

The suspect vehicle attempted to flee and eventually stopped by deputies.

Ryan Paul Boudreaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Careless Operation
*Following too Closely
*Turning Movements and Signals Required
*Aggravated Flight from an Officer

Ryan Paul Boudreaux was incarcerated and released on a $5,000 bond.
