BURGLARY ARREST – LABADIEVILLE BUSINESS – JUVENILE
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of a juvenile from Lafourche Parish in connection with the burglary of a Labadieville retail outlet.
The individual who was 16 at the time of the crime, now 17 is accused of participating in the burglary which occurred on June 24, 2022.
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to the complaint and found that forced entry had been made and a variety of items had been stolen.
This marks the fifth arrest related to the case.
Previously arrested were:
– Mercedes Usey, 22, of 118 St. Charles Bypass Road, Thibodaux, charged with Accessory after the Fact to Simple Burglary by Obstruction of Justice
– Victoria M. Danos, 19, of 149 Highway 55, Bourg, LA, charged with Simple Burglary, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile
– Two Juveniles – Age 15 and 16 were charged with Simple Burglary and Simple Criminal Damage to Property
The latest suspect was charged by verified complaint with:
*Simple Burglary
He was released to the custody of a guardian.
