COMMERCIAL BURGLARY CONTRIBUTING TO THE
DELINQUENCY OF JUVENILES – VICTORIA M. DANOS
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Victoria M. Danos 19, of 149 Highway 55, Bourg, LA, on felony charges arising from the burglary of a business in Labadieville, on June 24, 2022.
Deputies responded to a business burglary on the aforementioned date and made contact with management, who indicated that a variety of retail goods were stolen in the burglary. Access was gained by shattering a glass panel.
Through investigation, Victoria M. Danos was identified as a suspect. On July 28, 2022, detectives secured arrest warrants on Victoria M. Danos.
Livingston Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested Danos on October 14, 2022. Danos was transported to Assumption Parish and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Tuesday on charges of:
*Simple Burglary
*Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile – 3 Counts
Victoria M. Danos remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
There were three earlier arrests in connection with this case.
Mercedes Usey, 22 of 118 St. Charles Bypass Road, Thibodaux was arrested on July 18, 2022 and charged on counts of:
*Accessory after the Fact to Simple Burglary
*Obstruction of Justice
On July 25, 2022, a 16-year-old was charged by verified complaint and on July 30, 2022, a 15- year-old was charged by verified complaint.
Both juveniles were charges with:
*Simple Burglary
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property
