CRIMINAL TRESPASS, CONVICTED FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM – DUSTY RAPHAEL ALLEMAND

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dusty Raphael Allemand, 35, of 205 Cypress Street, Labadieville, La., on felony charges following a complaint investigation by sheriff’s deputies.

Early Friday morning, deputies investigating a traffic/trespassing complaint near Delise Road, located a side by side off road vehicle on private property being operated by Dusty Raphael Allemand. Deputies interviewed Alleman and found him to be in possession of a rifle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Dusty Raphael Allemand was a convicted felon.

At the time of the arrest, Dusty Raphael Alleman was out of jail on $75,000 bond for his arrest in recent operation, “Take a Ride”, for distribution of meth-amphetamine.

Dusty Raphael Allemand was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Criminal Trespassing
*Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon

Dusty Raphael Allemand remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
