DETAINER – PROBATION / PAROLE – TREY ALLEN DUET

LABADEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trey Allen Duet, 26, of 469 Highway 400, Napoleonville, La., on a detainer charging him with a Probation / Parole Violation.

Trey Allen Duet was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was convicted of the crimes of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Possession of Cocaine, Battery of a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest with Force or Violence and Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana. Upon completion of his sentence, Trey Allen Duet was placed on good time parole /
supervision.

Trey Allen Duet violated the terms of his parole. Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Deputies and agents of the Louisiana Department of Corrections, Division of Probation / Parole located Trey Allen Duet in Labadieville during a compliance review. Trey Allen Duet was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center for a Probation / Parole Detainer and will face parole revocation proceedings.

Trey Allen Duet remains incarcerated and was ordered held without bond.
