DISTURBANCE – AMY ELIZABETH HEBERT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Amy Elizabeth Hebert, 40, of 106 Lucky Hit Street, Plattenville, LA, on charges related to a disturbance at a local health care facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the location and made contact with the complainant as well as the suspect, now identified as Amy Elizabeth Hebert.

Deputies attempted to communicate with Hebert, but she became aggressive, striking a security guard. Deputies engaged Amy Elizabeth Hebert and she had to be physically subdued.

Amy Elizabeth Hebert was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Simple Battery
*Resisting Arrest with Force or Violence

Amy Elizabeth Hebert remains incarcerated with bond set at $20,000.
