DISTURBANCE AT COMMUNITY EVENT – MULTIPLE FELONY CHARGES – HOBIE PAUL HEBERT, FARRAH N. DOMINGUE
PIERRE PART– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Hobie Paul Hebert, 26 of 144 Paul Street, Pierre Part, LA and Farrah N. Domingue, 26, of 317 Shell Beach Road, Pierre Part, LA on felony charges arising from an incident at a community event in Pierre Part on Saturday night.
Deputies assigned to work security at the event intervened when Hobie Paul Hebert and Farrah N. Domingue were observed engaging in a physical altercation. As deputies approached the situation, they attempted to determine what had occurred, Hobie Paul Hebert attempted to walk away after being told to remain. Hobie Paul Hebert was confrontational and engaged in a physical altercation with deputies. Hobie Paul Hebert was arrested and at some point, intentionally caused damages to a Sheriff’s Office patrol unit.
As a result of the investigation, deputies determined that Hobie Paul Hebert and Farrah N. Domingue had been fighting amongst each other for an extended period of time.
Based on the conclusion of the investigation, Hobie Paul Hebert was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Resisting an Officer by Force or Violence
*Battery of a Police Officer
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property
*Disturbing the Peace – 2 Counts
*Detainer – Louisiana Dept. of Corrections-Probation Division
Probation Violator, Ordered Held without Bond
Hobie Paul Hebert remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
Farrah N. Domingue was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
*Disturbing the Peace – 2 Counts
Farrah N. Domingue remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
