DISTURBANCE CALL, ARREST ON FELONY DRUG WARRANT –
I.C.E. ARREST – OPERATION, “FRESH CATCH” –
CHAD MICHAEL JOSEPH

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Chad Michael Joseph, 35, of 155 Highway 1003, Klotzville, LA, on felony drug distribution charges after deputies responded to a disturbance complaint at the aforementioned address Sunday afternoon.

Deputies responded to the complaint and were advised that Chad Michael Joseph was wanted on a felony warrant charging him with Distribution of Suboxone arising from Operation “Fresh Catch”.

While on scene, deputies located Chad Michael Joseph hiding in a closet. Chad Michael Joseph was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Distribution of Suboxone
*Fugitive Warrant – Ascension Parish
-Resisting an Officer
-Simple Battery
*Fugitive Warrant – Terrebonne Parish
-Felony Theft

Chad Michael Joseph remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
