DISTURBANCE – COMPLAINT – DEANDRE DELEON

PLATTENVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Deandre Deleon, 22, of 102 Lucky Street, Plattenville, LA, on felony charges arising from a disturbance complaint Sunday night in Plattenville.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence and upon arrival made contact with the complainant.

Investigating deputies were advised that the accused, Deandre Deleon had arrived earlier and created a disturbance domestic in nature.

The complainant wanted to have the suspect removed. Deputies could overhear the accused engaged in a loud verbal argument with a male.

Deputies attempted to speak to Deandre Deleon but to no avail. The suspect refused to respond to loud verbal commands. Deputies attempted to detain Deleon but she forcefully resisted.

At some point, Deleon was arrested. She was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Disturbing the Peace
*Resisting Arrest by Force or Violence (2 Counts)

Deandre Deleon remains incarcerated with a bond set at $17,500.
