DISTURBANCE COMPLAINT – FUGITIVE ARRESTS – RYAN PAUL SIMONEAUX, MCKENZIE LEIGH ANN MONCEAUX
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Ryan Paul Simoneaux, 44, of 231 Highway 1011, Napoleonville, LA, and McKenzie Leigh Ann Monceaux, 33, of 510 Westside Drive, Houma, LA, arising from a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 3600 block of LA 1 south of Napoleonville.
Deputies initiated an investigation and determined that Simoneaux and Monceaux had been involved in an earlier altercation and were no longer on scene.
Deputies located Ryan Paul Simoneaux at a local retail outlet. Upon conducting a warrants check, deputies determined that Simoneaux was wanted by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office on multiple fugitive warrants. Ryan Paul Simoneaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear – Theft
*Failure to Appear – Driving Under a Suspended License, Expired License Plate
*Failure to Appear – Theft
In addition, deputies issued traffic citations to Ryan Paul Simoneaux for:
*No Driver’s License
*Switched License Plate
*No Liability Insurance
Ryan Paul Simoneaux remains incarcerated pending transfer to Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
McKenzie Leigh Ann Monceaux was arrested at 3449 Hwy. 1, Napoleonville and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on fugitive warrants from Terrebonne Parish for:
*Theft
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Parole Violation
McKenzie Leigh Ann Monceaux was incarcerated and transferred to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office.
