DISTURBANCE – DOMESTIC MATTER – FUGITIVE WARRANTS –

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jaden Angielle Jupiter, 24, of 406 Franklin Street, Napoleonville, LA on charges arising from a disturbance on Tuesday, as well as multiple fugitive warrants.
On Tuesday morning, deputies received a complaint at the Sheriff’s Main Annex on Franklin Street regarding a disturbance at 406 Franklin Street. The complainant advised that she and a family member were engaged in a confrontation at the aforementioned address. During that confrontation, the suspect now identified as Jaden Angielle Jupiter took possession of the complainant’s phone and smashed it. The suspect then allegedly committed a battery upon the complainant causing injury to her.
Deputies went to multiple locations but could not locate Jaden Angielle Jupiter. Deputies completed the initial investigation and prepared warrants for Jupiter’s arrest.
On Tuesday evening, deputies were dispatched to 406 Franklin Street at which time the complainant from the original call for service indicated that Jaden Angielle Jupiter was at that address and she wanted her removed.
Deputies located Jaden Angielle Jupiter and arrested her. Jupiter was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges as follows:
*Domestic Abuse Battery – Assumption Parish
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property – Assumption Parish
*Fugitive Warrants – Ascension Parish – Failure to Appear
-Domestic Abuse Battery
-Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property
*Fugitive Warrants – St. James Parish – Failure to Appear
-Non-Consensual Disclosure of a Private Image
-Cyberbullying
Jaden Angielle Jupiter remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
