DISTURBANCE – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Ray J. Madere, 57, of 5494 Highway 308, Plattenville, LA, and Bridget Bardot Stiles, 40, of 6695 Highway 1, Belle Rose, LA, on felony drug charges following an incident at a retail establishment near Paincourtville, LA.
Deputies responded to a complaint in which a disorderly patron was asked to leave and refused. Deputies made contact with the patron, now identified as Ray Madere and Madere acknowledged that he was asked to leave after having words with another patron and he had indeed refused. Madere was escorted outside and appeared to be very nervous.
At some point, Bridget Bardot Stiles exited out of concern for Madere and as she approached deputies, she would not keep her hands out of her pockets.
Deputies conducted a pat down search of both Stiles and Madere which resulted in the seizure of narcotics from both.
Ray Madere was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Oxycodone
*Entering / Remaining After Being Forbidden
Ray Madere was released on a $12,000 bond.
Bridget Bardot Stiles was arrested and booked on charges of:
*Possession of Oxycodone
*Possession of Adderall
Bridget Bardot Stiles was released on a $10,000 bond.
