DISTURBANCE – FELONY AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
LANDYN JOSEPH HEBERT, HAZE MICHAEL HEBERT
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Landyn Joseph Hebert, 20, of 2329 Highway 308, Labadieville, La., and Haze Michael Hebert, 24, of 2329 Highway 308, Labadieville, La., on multiple felony charges arising from a disturbance complaint at the aforementioned address late Wednesday night.
Deputies were dispatched to the location and made contact with multiple individuals on scene.
Deputies initiated an investigation and determined that a confrontation occurred as a result of a missing vape. Landyn Joseph Hebert and Haze Michael Hebert produced firearms. Landyn Hebert allegedly struck one of the complaining victims in the head with a gun. Landyn Joseph Hebert and Haze Michael Hebert then allegedly forced the victims out of the home at gun point. At the time of the incident there were children present.
During a consent search of the premises, both interior and exterior, deputies recovered and seized 1 large caliber handgun and one assault style rifle, and synthetic marijuana.
Landyn Joseph Hebert was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm – 3 Counts
*Possession with Intent to Distribute Synthetic Marijuana
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substance
*Obstruction of Justice
*Cruelty to Juveniles with Force or Violence
*False Imprisonment -2 counts

Landyn Joseph Hebert remains incarcerated with a bond set at $270,000.
Haze Michael Hebert was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm – 3 Counts
*Possession with Intent to Distribute Synthetic Marijuana
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substance
*Obstruction of Justice
*Cruelty to Juveniles with Force or Violence
*Resisting an Officer -3 Counts
*False Imprisonment: Offender Armed with a Dangerous Weapon 2- counts
*Sexual Battery- 2- Counts

Haze Michael Hebert remains incarcerated with a bond set at $365,000.
