DISTURBANCE – FELONY ARRESTS
KITICA PATTERSON STARKS, RENEE A. THOMPSON

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Kitica Patterson Starks, 48, of 3160 Highway 308, Napoleonville and Renee A. Thompson, 44, of 131 Violet Street, Thibodaux, LA, after deputies responded to a disturbance between two neighbors at a residence on Violet Street, in Labadieville on Tuesday.

Deputies arrived on location and made contact with the complainant. Deputies determined that this was a dispute amongst neighbors. The individuals responsible for the incident are now identified as Kitica Patterson Starks and Renee A. Thompson.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies felt as though probable cause did exist to arrest Starks and Thompson and applied for those warrants which were granted.

Kitica Patterson Starks and Renee A. Thompson were arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

– As to Kitica Patterson Starks:
*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
*Disturbing the Peace

– As to Renee A. Thompson:
*Terrorizing

Kitica Patterson Starks and Renee A. Thompson remain incarcerated a pending bond hearing.
