DISTURBANCE – HOME INVASION-UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY –
ALESSIE ELIZABETH LANDRY, THOMAS JAMES GUILLOT, JR.
BELLE ROSE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Alessie Elizabeth Landry, 41, of 131 Verda Street, Pierre Part, La., and Thomas James Guillot, Jr., 45, of 215 Paradise Alley, Donaldsonville, La., on felony charges arising from an incident on Thursday night.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 100 Block of Millien Dr. near Belle Rose in reference to a disturbance. Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that Alessie Elizabeth Landry had entered her home without authorization and began beating her. Alessie Elizabeth Landry then allegedly took the complainants’ dog. At the time of the incident, Alessie Elizabeth Landry was accompanied by her domestic partner now identified as Thomas James Guillot, Jr.
Deputies initiated an investigation and determined that the complainant had sustained injuries which corroborated the complainant’s allegations. It was further determined that Thomas James Guillot, Jr., had entered the residence with Alessie Elizabeth Landry and that entry was made without authorization.
As the investigation progressed deputies further determined that Thomas James Guillot, Jr., had offered the complainant money to recant her statements she made to investigating officers as it relates to this investigation.
At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies secured arrest warrants for Alessie Elizabeth Landry.
Alessie Elizabeth Landry was arrested on Sunday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Home Invasion
*Simple Battery
*Detainer -Probation / Parole Violation
Alessie Elizabeth Landry remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing on the home invasion charge and was ordered held without bond on the probation / Parole Detainer.
Thomas James Guillot, Jr., was arrested on Sunday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Obstruction Of Justice
Thomas James Guillot, Jr., remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
