DISTURBANCE – PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATOR -HERMAN ROSS

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Herman Ross, 63, of 2478 Highway 308 #7, Thibodaux, La., on a warrant charging him with a probation / parole violation.

On Monday evening deputies responded to a complaint on Lily Street in Labadieville relative to a disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the involved parties, one which was Herman Ross.

Deputies conducted warrant checks on the parties and determined that Herman Ross was wanted on a probation / parole warrant by the Louisiana Department of Corrections out of a Baton Rouge district.

Herman Ross was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a warrant for:
*Probation / Parole Violation

Herman Ross remains incarcerated pending transfer to the appropriate jurisdiction.
