DISTURBANCE – SECOND DEGREE BATTERY

BELLE ROSE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tiana Kache Boudreaux, 22, of 899 Narrow Ridge Drive, Gonzales, LA, on felony battery charges arising out of a disturbance on June 22, 2024 at a residence in the 100 block of Virginia Street near Belle Rose.

On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the location and made contact with the complainant / victim, who indicated that a dispute had occurred and at some point, Tiana Kache Boudreaux bit the victim on a finger causing a significant injury requiring medical treatment.

At the conclusion of the investigation, the deputy secured an arrest warrant for Tiana Kache Boudreaux.

Tiana Kache Boudreaux was arrested by the Gonzales Police Department on July 2, 2024. Boudreaux was booked by the Gonzales Police Department as a fugitive from Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Tiana Kache Boudreaux was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 2, 2024.

Tiana Kache Boudreaux was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Second Degree Battery
*Criminal Trespass

Tiana Kache Boudreaux was released after posting a $45,000 surety bond.
