DISTURBANCE – UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING – JESSIE J. PONVILLE, JR.

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jessie J. Ponville, Jr., 52, of 2922 Highway 70, Pierre Part, LA, on felony charges arising from a disturbance at a residence in the 2600 block of LA 70 in Pierre Part on Thursday evening.

Deputies responded to the location and made contact with the complainant who advised that on this evening, an individual now identified as Jessie J. Ponville, Jr had come to the residence and forcefully entered the dwelling without authorization in order to discuss circumstances surrounding an earlier incident. In entering the residence, Jessie J. Ponville, Jr., allegedly damaged an entry door.

Deputies interviewed Jessie J. Ponville, Jr and following that interview, did arrest Jessie J. Ponville, Jr.

Deputies transported Jessie J. Ponville, Jr. to the Assumption Parish Detention Center where he was booked on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property

Jessie J. Ponville, Jr. remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
