DOMESTIC ABUSE – TYRESE JEREMIAH DAVIS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tyrese Jeremiah Davis, 27, of 5416 Highway 1, Napoleonville, La., on felony domestic abuse battery charges related to a December 27, 2020 incident near Plattenville, La.
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a complaint related to a domestic incident and made contact with the victim who had been in a relationship with the suspect, Tyrese Davis.
As a result of that interview, deputies were able to establish that a felony battery had occurred on the victim and Tyrese Davis was the violator. Deputies did observe evidence consistent with the victim’s allegations including but not limited to physical injuries.
Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Tyrese Jeremiah Davis.
The suspect was arrested on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Domestic Abuse Battery (Felony)
Tyrese Jeremiah Davis was incarcerated and then released on a $5,000 bond.
