DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – COLBY LEE HILLEN

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Colby Lee Hillen, 27, 3934 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA on felony charges arising from a disturbance complaint at the aforementioned address.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the parties involved. The complainant advised that she and her domestic partner were engaged in an argument and at some point, the domestic partner jumped on top of the complainant / victim and began to choke her. During the incident, there was an infant child present.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies arrested Colby Lee Hillen and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse / Strangulation with Child Endangerment

Colby Lee Hillen remains incarcerated with bond set at $75,000.
