DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE, FUGITIVE ARREST, FAILURE TO APPEAR
BRIAN ANTHONY WASHINGTON and WARREN WASHINGTON

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Brian Anthony Washington, 45, and Warren Washington, 37, both of 2928 Highway 1, Labadieville, LA, following a disturbance call.

On Monday afternoon, deputies responded to a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Brian Anthony Washington and Warren Washington were involved in an argument which resulted in the complaint being filed.

Deputies assessed the situation and conducted a computer check for any outstanding warrants against either of the subjects. At that time, it was determined that there were outstanding warrants on both Brian Anthony Washington and Warren Washington.

As deputies attempted to detain Brian Anthony Washington, he became unruly and had to be restrained. Warren Washington was also arrested. Both were booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as follows:

-Brian Anthony Washington
*Simple Battery
*Resisting an Officer
*Fugitive Warrant – St. Mary Parish

Brian Anthony Washington is being held on a $5000 surety bond.

-Warren Washington
*Warrant for Failure to Appear in Assumption Parish-Possession of Marijuana

Warren Washington is being held on a $200 cash bond.
