DOMESTIC INCIDENT – JULES ANTHONY JOINER, JR.
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jules Anthony Joiner, Jr., 25, of 110 La Chene Street, Pierre Part, LA, on felony domestic abuse charges arising out of an incident on October 5, 2022.
On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to a location in Pierre Part in reference to a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the victim who advised that she and the accused, now identified as Jules Anthony Joiner, Jr., had gotten into an argument and at some point, the argument turned physical. The victim and Joiner were in a relationship at the time.
The investigating deputy established that probable cause existed to believe a crime was committed. The deputy applied for and was granted an arrest warrant for Jules Anthony Joiner, Jr.
On Monday afternoon, Jules Anthony Joiner, Jr. turned himself in at the parish detention facility.
He was booked on charges of:

Joiner was released posting a $10,000 bond.
