DOMESTIC INCIDENT
KATHLEEN LODRIGUE, BRYAN JOSEPH LOVELL

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kathleen Ann Lodrigue, 38, of 122 Rodrigue Street, Thibodaux, LA, on felony charges arising from a domestic incident at a residence in the 2800 block of LA 1 in Labadieville, LA.

On Sunday afternoon, deputies in the Labadieville area were informed by a citizen that a female was being chased by a male suspect and the female was nearly struck by a vehicle. The deputy was able to locate the female who advised that her male domestic partner became irate with her because she broke a fishing rod. He then began chasing her with a piece of pipe.

The female is now identified as Kathleen Ann Lodrigue. During a consented search of a backpack possessed by Lodrigue, deputies located a quantity of methamphetamine and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Kathleen Ann Lodrigue was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Kathleen Ann Lodrigue remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

The domestic partner is identified as Bryan Joseph Lovell, 40, of 1009 Ridgefield Road, Thibodaux, LA. A warrant has been issued for his arrest on domestic abuse related charges.
