DOMESTIC INCIDENT – LOGAN ANTHONY ARNETT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Logan Anthony Arnett, 21, of 770 Highway 402, Napolenville, LA, on charges related to a domestic disturbance.

On Monday, deputies were dispatched to a location in connection with a domestic disturbance. Deputies made contact with the complainant who indicated that the disturbance had erupted at which time her domestic partner identified as Logan Anthony Arnett had jumped on top of her and began beating her in the stomach. The victim was pregnant at the time.

At the time of this incident, there were two minor children present.

Deputies located Logan Anthony Arnett and he was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment (2 Counts)
*Domestic Abuse Battery Upon a Pregnant Victim

Logan Anthony Arnett was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

The victim was transported to a Thibodaux hospital for treatment.
